11th January 2022
As we embark on a new year, we also celebrate new beginnings for LMS as we settle into our new office building.
We are delighted to announce that we have doubled our office and yard space at our new 7,700 sq. ft modern office building in Aberdeen Energy Park.
Having been previously based at Silverburn place for the past three years, we have now moved all 14 staff members to our new larger premises on Claymore Drive.
The relocation of our Aberdeen headquarters to larger premises comes amid a period of sustained growth for our company.
Kirk Anderson, our Managing Director, said: “This move represents the exciting next phase in our development as we continue to expand and diversify into new markets.
“The additional space in the new building will support our predicted growth and the improved workshop capabilities will accommodate our expansion and increased workload as we continue to improve the support and product availability for our customers.”
LMS products and services are used globally in over 42 countries, across many industry sectors including oil and gas, marine, subsea, renewables, aquaculture, entertainment and construction.
International business currently represents 38% of our company turnover and continues to show strong growth potential as new LMS partners and clients are being introduced on a regular basis, despite pandemic restrictions.
Millar Kennedy, our Sales Director, said: “We are delighted to move into our new headquarters in the heart of Aberdeen Energy Park. With modern, functional facilities, the new building is the ideal platform for our expansion.
“We continuously strive to introduce new and innovative products to our sales and rental fleet, offering a wider range of support to our customers.
“The new workshop has enhanced testing and calibration capabilities, offering our customers greater flexibility with reduced lead times.”
Aberdeen Energy Park is home to a number of multi-national companies including Weatherford, ICR, Innovair, Hydro Group Plc, Namaka Subsea and Global Energy Group.
