LMS announce dual acquisition deal.

LMS (Load Monitoring Systems) has announced the acquisition of ‘Load Moving Systems Ltd’ and ‘AeroGo UK Ltd’ in simultaneous deals which consolidate LMS as the UK’s leading supplier of air skates and associated moving systems, for sale or rental.

AeroGo UK was formed in 2004 by Frans Janssens and Barry Dean, acting as a distributor of AeroGo products in the UK and Ireland. Load Moving Systems Ltd was formed in 2015 by Barry Dean, providing air skates and associated air moving products to the UK and Ireland rental market. The sum involved in both acquisitions is undisclosed, and both Barry and Frans will assist in the seamless transition of both businesses.

The dual move is seen as complementary to LMS’s existing activities, providing an ideal platform for growth in existing domestic and overseas sales and rental markets, and acting as a springboard towards exploring new and emerging opportunities.

Commenting on the acquisitions, LMS Managing Director Kirk Anderson said: “We are delighted to have secured two highly respected and well-known names in the air skate and load moving industry. The combined strength immediately places LMS in pole position as the UK’s leading supplier for sales and rental of air skates and associated air moving products, it is also fundamental to supporting our ambitious growth plans.”

Frans Janssens of AeroGo UK stated: “After 19 years, it was important to hand over the business to an experienced company who could continue the good work.” Load Moving Systems Ltd’s Barry Dean added: “I’m confident LMS will take things to a new level, they have shared values and ambitious growth plans.
